Allow 10 business days for us to investigate and attempt a resolution.
If unresolved, proceed to Step 2.

Mediation will take place in New South Wales, Australia, or via an online mediation service.
Both parties will split the cost of mediation equally unless otherwise agreed.

Step 3: Binding Arbitration (Mandatory Dispute Resolution Method)
If mediation fails or is not selected, all disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.
Arbitration shall take place in Newcastle, New South Wales, or, if both parties agree, online.
The arbitrator’s decision will be final and legally binding.
No Right to Jury Trial – You waive any right to a jury trial in all disputes.

Exception – Online Wellness Courses may pursue legal action in a court of law if the dispute involves intellectual property theft, fraud, or unauthorized Course sharing.

10.3 Limitations on Claims
